Standard UK: Delivery costs £3.35, £5.75 or is free when spending over £100.00. Items are sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked post, this aims to deliver within 2 - 3 working days of postage. 

I aim to ship all in stock order within 48 hours (Excludes items on Back Order - these orders will be shipped within 1 working day of the latest arrival date specified). We send out orders Monday to Friday. 

BFPO addresses please contact us before buying using the "Contact" form

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Most international orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Airmail, please note that Royal Mail International packages do not have tracking numbers.

If you wish your parcel to go by Signed For then please select the "Signed For NO TRACKING" option during checkout (this will incur an extra charge).

Please refer below for my shipping rates, based on order weight and value:

Europe: Standard Airmail £6.75, International Tracked and Signed For £15.85 or £26.25 depending on order value and weight.

Rest of World:  Standard Airmail £6.75, International Tracked and Signed For £15.85 or £26.25 depending on order value and weight.

We do not make a profit from our postage charges – they simply reflect what Royal Mail charge us. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

International orders are usually delivered within 10-14 working days, though can sometimes take longer. Regrettably, we have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order. Due to Brexit, there may be longer transit times. Please note that there has recently been an increase in customs and security checks for orders arriving by air to the USA and Canada, which means that North American orders are sometimes taking a number of weeks to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES:

You may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. Any local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are your responsibility, please note that Brexit has led to changes in customs rules. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. Charges for customs clearance and import duties must be borne by you; we have absolutely no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. Please also note, international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. If a package is not collected from your customs office it will be returned to My Little Custom with an advisory label, we will contact you to advise that your package was not collected and you can choose whether to have a refund OR have your package sent out to you again but please note that you will have to pay shipping costs to have your package resent to you.
